To organize and unite for educational professional development purposes the students of architecture and its allied arts in the universities and colleges of America and the alumni members of this fraternity in order that this fraternity may promote the artistic scientific and practical proficiency of its membership and the profession

To create a stronger fraternal bond among members, UTSoA, and the community through philanthropic and professional activities.
long term goals:
- Increase professionalism
- Increase prominence in UTSoA
- Foster better fraternal connections
short term goals - spring '10:
- Create a successful student mentorship program
- Complete and send out our professional portfolio book – intended to get the Alpha Rho Chi name out
in the professional community and will include our mission, work samples, event pictures, and
activities
- Host LC08- the national leadership conference for Alpha Rho Chi
- Design a successful student-professor forum intended to promote better communication within the
UTSoA
- Install an easy to use recycling system for UTSoA to cut out the large amount of waste being
generate by the studios
- Host a new professional lecture series focusing on “design across disciplines” in order to give
students and faculty alternate perspectives into the design world
- Rush/pledge- bring in and educate a dedicated Delta class that is committed to being initiated as
brothers
